The machine adopts gantry fixed beam frame structure, which can keep good rigidity and precision for a long time. It has large torque and good dynamic characteristics. According to the processing demand, it fully absorbs the international advanced machine tool design concept. 

Key parts including the lathe, column, beam, wagen, ram, workbench, etc., are made of high strength resin sand, high strength and qualified cast iron, which can withstand heavy cutting and maintain long-term accuracy and high stability.

Thermally symmetric headstock and high-precision angular contact bearings are mounted on the head and tail of the spindle, effectively ensuring rigidity and accuracy. The spindle with enlarged diameter and thickness is adopted to further enhance rigidity. The spindle is driven by high-power motor with high power and high torque, which can achieve high-precision heavy cutting even at low speed.

The feed system adopts ball screw with enlarged diameter and pre-stretched, which can increase the rigidity of the screw and effectively prevent the thermal deformation of the screw.

Screw and chain automatic chip removal structures are combined to ensure smooth chip removal.

X/Y axis adopts imported heavy load linear guide rail, Z axis adopts rectangular hardened plastic guide rail, low wear, high load, to ensure the long-term usage of machine tool precision, and significantly improve the cutting precision and rigidity.

The distance between the center of the spindle and the guide surface of Z axis is short, which greatly reduces the turning torque and improves the rigidity. The X/Y/Z axis adopt C3 imported ball screw, and both ends are fixed and supported. It also uses gearless torque increasing synchronous belt transmission with high output torque, fast moving speed, and good machining performance.
