Thermally symmetric headstock and high-precision angular contact bearings are mounted on the head and tail of the spindle, effectively ensuring rigidity and accuracy. The spindle with enlarged diameter and thickness is adopted to further enhance rigidity. The spindle is driven by high-power motor with high power and high torque, which can achieve high-precision heavy cutting even at low speed.

The feed system adopts ball screw with enlarged diameter and pre-stretched, which can increase the rigidity of the screw and effectively prevent the thermal deformation of the screw.

It also uses gearless torque increasing synchronous belt transmission with high output torque, fast moving speed, and good machining performance.
